The Opportunity

The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and the electrical field team to ensure daily service activities run smoothly. This role is central to technician scheduling, job allocation, and customer communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being the organisational hub of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule electrical service works across multiple sites
  • Manage daily dispatch and provide support to field technicians
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide job updates
  • Maintain job status and documentation using SimPRO or similar software
  • Assist with workflow prioritisation to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Provide general administrative support including procurement and invoicing
About You
  • Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or administrative role within electrical, HVAC, or trade services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Confident using job management systems
