As a Service Architect you will contribute to the transitions of services and solutions into the live environment, and to the operation and improvement of our Service Design and Transition (SD&T) Framework.
Day-to-day, you’ll work with customer-facing teams to design and deliver service integration, support and management models to meet customer requirements and service or solution deliverables, following the principles and processes within the Service Design and Transition Framework.
This role is a both an internal and customer-facing role, able to work across QinetiQ’s service portfolio to design the service wrapper to provide service support and management for customer solutions and managed service propositions into customers and key markets. In addition, and where required, the role can work client-side as part of programme delivery teams, to define service architectures for specific managed service offerings and deliveries.

This role is 37 hours per week and can be a primarily remotely based role. Travel to QinetiQ and Customer sites to be expected.
