Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tewkesbury is seeking an ambitious Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join a luxury prestige dealership. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, guiding servicing journeys and delivering a first-class experience.

Based at our on-site location, you will upsell maintenance products and services, coordinate with workshop teams, and maintain proactive communication to keep customers updated throughout the service journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication, listening and rapport-building skills.
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong organizational abilities in a busy environment.
• Solid understanding of vehicle products and maintenance.
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle servicing and repair journeys.
• Deliver first-class personalized communication.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.
• Coordinate with workshop and service teams on progress updates.
• Upsell maintenance products and services where appropriate.

• Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE (Competitive Basic + Rewarding Bonus Scheme)
