Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to lead front-of-house operations in Stroud. You will manage routine service bookings, vehicle health checks, repair consultations and job cards alongside our workshop team.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, £35,000 basic per year, and generous benefits including a pension and secure on-site parking. Experience with Garage Hive is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Service Receptionist.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with garage management software (Garage Hive a plus).
• Solid foundational understanding of general vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Valid UK driving licence.

• Salary: £35,000 basic per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
