Hawk Hiring LTD in Swindon is seeking a Service Advisor for our luxury automotive dealership. In this front-of-house role you’ll manage the customer journey from drop-off to handover, book services and liaise with the workshop to ensure a premium experience.

The ideal candidate will have automotive service advisory experience, strong communication, and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence is required; the role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£43,500 OTE) and a range of benefits,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Receptionist in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
• Strong organizational ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance, vehicle health checks, and aftersales processes.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Salary: £30,000 – £43,500 OTE (Competitive Basic + Uncapped Bonus)
