Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in motor trade aftersales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to explain repairs clearly.
• Smart, well-presented, organised, and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage inbound/outbound calls for the service desk.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and update owners on progress.
• Assist with scheduling and liaising with technicians to ensure timely handovers.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 basic per annum + competitive bonus scheme (Realistic OTE - £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM on a 1-in-4 rota basis

Role Overview

Seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the face and voice of our service department—greeting customers, managing inbound/outbound calls, booking vehicles into the workshop, updating owners on progress, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in motor trade aftersales or dynamic customer-facing service roles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, strong IT literacy, and the ability to explain technical repairs simply.
• Mindset: Smartly presented, conscientious, highly organised, and driven to achieve customer satisfaction and booking targets.
• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
