Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our front-of-house workshop team in Oxford. You will greet customers, book in servicing and repairs, and communicate clearly about parts and work required while maintaining an exemplary customer journey from drop-off to collection.

You will liaise with the workshop, upsell aftersales where appropriate, and ensure smooth operation in a busy dealership environment. A Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Customer Service Executive within the automotive industry.
• Solid foundational understanding of technical parts and vehicle maintenance mechanics.
• Experience with OneLink is preferred, though not essential (full training provided).
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Update customers on repair progress and explain parts/work needed.
• Coordinate with workshop team to prioritise and schedule work.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £34,000 basic per annum + Realistic OTE of £40,000 (Bonus structure)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Role Overview
