Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Bristol is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our main dealer front-of-house team. You will manage service bookings, authorise repairs, explain updates, and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a franchised service role, is proficient with Kerridge/Drive/Pinewood, holds a full UK driving licence, and can upsell warranty work. Base salary around £30k with high OTE and uncapped bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised main dealership.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems (e.g., Kerridge / Drive / Pinewood).
• Knowledge of warranty procedures and upsell processes is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Service Receptionist to join our busy main dealer front-of-house team. In this pivotal role, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, managing service bookings, authorising repair work, explaining technical updates, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Requirements
