£28,000 + Bonus – OTE Up to £37,000 + benefits
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department. Your role is to deliver a seamless customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection. You’ll work closely with the workshop and parts teams to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard, while keeping customers informed and reassured every step of the way.
This is a customer-focused role with a strong emphasis on organisation, communication, and delivering a premium experience.
