Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System is required.
  • Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling.
  • Need to be fully customer-focused and well-presented.
  • Ability to thrive within a busy service department.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Take Service Department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading while meeting customer requirements.
  • Meet and greet service customers and identify their service needs.
  • Update customers on technical issues.
  • Deal with complaints effectively.
  • Seize upselling opportunities.

Skills

Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems
Confidence in up selling

Presentable and professionally dressed

Basic Salary - £28,000 Plus OTE £32,000
Working Hours - Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm & Saturday on Rota 08:00 - 12:30
Location - Derby
