• Manage the complete customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover, ensuring transparent communication
• Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently
• Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations
• Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians
• Provide regular updates, explanations, and advice to customers
• Coordinate parts orders and supplier communications
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
• Maintain an organised and professional reception and waiting area
