Formación

• 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive aftersales sector is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team and build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of dealership industry standards is advantageous but not essential.
