ASI Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor for a friendly independent garage. You will be the main point of contact, handle service inquiries, book vehicles, order parts and keep customers updated on progress and costs.

The role offers a £30,000-£40,000 basic salary, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, with no weekend work. Benefits include a pension scheme and free on-site parking, in a supportive, close-knit team environment.

Formación

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience.
• Someone confident communicating with customers and handling enquiries.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Service Advisor

We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Advisor to join a friendly, independent garage with a close-knit team of four technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, keeping the workshop organised and taking ownership of the day-to-day service desk. You'll be the main point of contact, looking after everything from booking work in to ordering parts and keeping customers updated.

The Role
