Job description

Our client is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry leading company in Aylesford.

  • Role: Service Administrator
  • Start: ASAP
  • Term: Temp for approx. 4 months with the potential for a permanent role
  • Salary: £27K - £29K/£14.00 - £15.00 per hour
  • Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday (1 hour lunch)
  • Location: Aylesford (Fully office based)
What You'll Do:
  • Handle customer relationship management, ensuring excellent service and communication
  • Coordinate emergency call-outs and maintenance requests
  • Oversee a high level of jobs from start to finish
  • Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep accounts up to date
