We’re looking for a Service Administrator to join our Digital Team, supporting the coordination, scheduling, and administration of service and maintenance operations across our fleet of digitally connected equipment.
This role is central to ensuring our high-performance, technology-enabled plant operates at peak efficiency, helping to deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and safety.
Coordinate and schedule service and maintenance activities for digital-enabled equipment.
Monitor machine performance using telematics, digital dashboards, and diagnostic tools to identify service requirements and potential issues proactively.
Liaise with engineers, workshop teams, and site supervisors to ensure timely and effective servicing of equipment.
Manage service records, work orders, and maintenance reports within the company’s digital systems.
Support the rollout and optimisation of digital service tools and processes, including predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide service updates, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in analysing fleet data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Experience in an admin or maintenance planning role (ideally within plant hire, construction, or heavy equipment industries).
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with digital fleet management or telematics systems.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
Confident IT user – proficient in MS Office and digital service management tools.
Technical understanding of plant machinery or construction equipment.
Experience working with systems such as Spillard, Safety Shield, Trimble, or similar telematics platforms.
Knowledge of digital transformation tools or connected fleet technology.
