Job description

Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers comply with new legislation. We are seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to join our growing team in our lovely office location.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Taking calls from new and existing customers
  • Providing costs for servicing, emptying and breakdowns
  • Scheduling planned and unplanned servicing and emptying work for Engineers
  • Working closely with our external engineers to create quotations for additional work
  • Upselling cash contracts to Direct Debit plans
