Job summary

A leading legal firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and guide a team of Serious Injury Fee Earners. This role involves providing technical support and coaching, ensuring adherence to performance standards, and fostering a high-performing, motivated team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing serious injury cases, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering team performance. This position offers a competitive salary range of £49,600 - £62,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of settling claims valued up to at least £125k.
  • Sound knowledge of serious injury RTA.
  • Experience of managing Grade C Fee Earners.
  • Experience of managing HR and People processes against policy.
  • Managing performance & productivity in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and functional guidance to a team of Serious Injury Fee Earners.
  • Ensure adherence to supervision framework and accountability for team objectives.
  • Conduct file reviews and technical supervision.
  • Provide effective coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Identify training needs and skills gaps within the team.
