Please note Industrial Placements are only applicable for university students, and will be a 12-month fixed term contract, commencing summer 2026 and ending summer 2027.

How You’ll Play Your Part

Do you have a passion for governance, process alignment, and operational risk management? Join our team to play a key role in driving excellence across Customer Operations, specifically sensitive case handling and escalations.

Main Accountabilities
  • Provide oversight and reporting for new CRM enhancements, ensuring accurate insight generation and performance tracking.
  • Align Quality Assurance processes and manage governance frameworks.
  • Support operational risk management and compliance activities.
  • Conduct market and customer research tasks to identify trends and drive improvements in the customer journey.
