Tees Valley YMCA are looking for a Senior Youth Worker based in Darlington.

Tees Valley YMCA delivers targeted youth services in Darlington designed to support children and young people aged 10 to 25 who are facing significant challenges in their lives. Our work focuses on those living in areas of high deprivation and young people affected by issues such as social isolation, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, bullying and other complex needs.

The Senior Youth Worker will lead and coordinate the delivery of youth services in Darlington. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about empowering young people and driving positive change in the community.

To lead, plan and deliver youth work as directed by the Youth and Community Service Manager, ensuring the project achieves agreed outcomes and quality standards.
