A prominent healthcare provider in Greenhill seeks a Senior Workforce Analyst to coordinate workforce statistical returns. You will lead daily team operations, analyze pay-related data, and develop management reports. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in workforce information systems. This position allows for hybrid working, supporting staff wellbeing and flexible arrangements.
The key elements of your role will be to coordinate statistical returns relating to workforce, ensuring they are produced in a consistent and timely manner. You will lead the team on a day-to-day basis, supervise reporting requirements, identify training needs and support team development. You will analyse workforce and pay-related data from multiple sources to provide reports for clients such as Trust Groups, Committees and Boards, Sector/Acute Provider Collaborative Boards and Trust Managers. A key aspect is transforming raw data into valuable information to develop management reports that meet user needs. The Senior Workforce Analyst will lead the HR contribution to the Trust's workforce and operational plan.
The Workforce Information team works a hybrid pattern and are on site twice a week. We promote the wellbeing and safety of all our patients and carers by acting promptly on concerns and sharing information appropriately, according to our policy and procedures. All posts working with vulnerable groups will be subject to an enhanced criminal records check upon appointment, and staff will need to give consent for the Trust to receive regular updates on their criminal records status throughout employment.
