Join the team behind one of the Lake District’s most exciting culinary destinations. SOURCE at the Gilpin led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck) offers a Michelin‑starred 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce, bold flavours and precise execution. We’re looking for a Senior Waiter who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.

Your Role
  • Leads the section with confidence, grace and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Delivers seamless, warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.
  • Collaborates closely with kitchen, sommeliers and front‑of‑house team to create unforgettable moments.
  • Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
  • Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning and genuine care.
  • Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation and professionalism.
  • Upholds the hotel’s standards of guest care, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintains facility services and promotions to effectively communicate information to guests.

Additional Information
Salary

From £29,250 to £31,005.

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from £370 to £550 per month.
