We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our thriving practice in Nottingham. Salary: £64,000 - £76,000 per annum (Including allowances)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality veterinary care, ensuring that best practices are followed. Manage complex cases and oversee routine surgeries and procedures.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in patient care and customer service.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service and ensuring that pets receive the best care possible.
  • Clinical Development: Drive continuous improvement in clinical protocols and services. Support and guide your team in their professional development.
