We're seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical leadership to work with our Lead Veterinary Surgeon in supporting our team and maintaining clinical excellence and ongoing success at our practice. The team

We have a supportive team culture where we value collaboration, open communication, and looking out for each other. The team consists of 8 vets, 10 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 PCA and 9 Client care associates across 2 branches supporting our wonderful practice. We have digital x-ray, dental x-ray, an in-house laboratory suite, and have recently upgraded our ultrasound and endoscopy equipment.

Qualifications & Experience
  • RCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon
  • Medical or ECC Certification, or bias of clinical experience in these fields would be advantageous
  • A confident clinician able to promote high standards of care and client services, while leading with empathy and clarity
  • Help drive clinical governance and ensure compliance with practice protocols.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others while maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Ability to make informed clinical decisions and interpret diagnostics.
