Qualifications

• Experience in account management, project/program management or buying.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience driving internal cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
• Experience working at a record label, artist management company, talent agency or similar field within the music industry.
• Experience in vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Physical Music vendors in the UK.
• Partner with UK Label relations teams to launch artist partnerships.
• Develop the Dropship program for Music vendors in the UK.
• Partner with EU Music VMs to share learning and scale best practices.
• Oversee P&L for Physical Music vendors.
