• 5+ years’ experience as a UX Designer at a senior/independent contributor level.
• User research techniques including interviews and usability testing.
• Prototyping & wireframing experience using Figma and Miro.

• Own the end-to-end design process including research, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct and analyze user interviews to synthesize insights.
