Job summary

A leading consultancy in the UK is seeking an SC Cleared Senior User Researcher to join a busy Government client's Information Security Department. The role offers a hybrid working model with two days on-site or as required for meetings. The ideal candidate has experience in Privilege Access Management (PAM) and a background in working securely within Government. This position presents a unique opportunity to make valuable improvements in user research methodologies and contribute to impactful projects.

Qualifications

• Proven user researcher with experience of working with internal participants and building understanding of technical subjects.
• Experience in helping teams adopt a wide range of user research methods.
• Ability to plan and design a range of user research activities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and security experts to translate user research findings into actionable improvements.
• Present findings at meetups and contribute to writing blog posts.

SENIOR USER RESEARCHER (INFOSEC) - 6 months CONTRACT - HYBRID 2 DAYS ON SITE OR WHEN REQUESTED FOR MEETINGS - RATE 650 PD INSIDE IR35 - MUST BE SC CLEARED

This role is Hybrid and can be based in either Manchester/London or Bristol. Meetings will be in London.
