A leading UK recruitment firm is seeking a Senior User Researcher for a hybrid position in London. This hands-on role involves leading impactful research to shape subscription experiences. Location: London (Hybrid) - 2 days per week in our Victoria office, with regular travel to Nottingham

We're looking for a Senior User Researcher to help shape the future of our subscription experience. In this hands‑on role, you'll lead impactful research that informs both tactical improvements and longer‑term strategic redesigns. Your work will uncover insights that drive clarity, value, and seamless user journeys across web and app experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, playing a key role in ensuring decisions are grounded in strong evidence and real user needs.
