Qualifications

• Experience within a transport consultancy, ideally focused on development planning.
• Strong knowledge of planning legislation, transport policy, and industry best practice.
• Competence with transport planning and modelling tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver transport assessments, travel plans, and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical input on the design and appraisal of transport infrastructure.
• Liaise with developers and local authorities for smooth project execution.
• Use industry-standard software to model traffic impacts.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues in development planning.
