Responsibilities
  • Strategic Learning Needs Analysis: Partner with business leaders, Learning Partners, and HRBPs to identify and prioritise capability gaps aligned with organisational goals.
  • Programme Design & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, facilitation, and evaluation of medium to large-scale learning programmes, with a strong focus on leadership development for senior audiences.
  • Facilitation Excellence: Deliver leadership workshops and development experiences to senior leaders, both virtually and in person, creating space for reflection, challenge, and growth.
  • Performance Consulting: Translate complex learning needs into impactful, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Innovation & Inclusion: Champion innovative learning approaches, including social, digital, and experiential learning, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for a global audience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and external vendors, to co-create and deliver best-in-class learning experiences.
  • Data-Driven Impact: Use learning analytics and feedback to continuously improve programme effectiveness and learner experience.
