An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner to join a leading, independent planning and development consultancy in their London office. This is an excellent role for someone with experience in planning who's looking to work on high-profile projects with a national impact.

You'll be joining a well-established team that supports a wide range of public and private sector clients, including major developers, investment institutions, and local authorities. Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert planning advice and manage a broad range of projects, from commercial and urban housing to retail and leisure developments.
  • Lead on elements of project delivery, prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
  • Undertake site appraisals, contribute to planning strategies and local plan representations.
