Salt has partnered with a leading Series B funded B2B platform scale-up building AI-driven decision technology transforming the insurance industry.

The platform is highly complex, enabling the creation of powerful tools from scratch, deploying changes rapidly and at scale, and creating seamless workflows, all while considering context, data, business rules, and compliance.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll join some of the brightest minds in product and engineering, working on highly technically complex problems and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You'll own a specific component of their core platform focused on modeling, which requires strong platform thinking and tackling technical challenges.

While complex and challenging, this role offers significant opportunities for impact and the chance to set the gold standard for modeling.

Key requirements include:

• Experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping products for developers or owning developer experience.
• Experience with technically complex, B2B SaaS products.
• Ideally, experience in regulated industries (Insurance, Fintech).
