Hours 7.30am – 16.00pm / 8.00am – 16.30pm

A leading European Food Group is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Technical Officer to join its well-established team.

Established in 1972, my client has grown into one of Europe’s leading businesses, dedicated to sourcing, blending and packing high quality, sustainably focussed, food product.

Senior Technical Officer Essential Experience
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a food technical setting
  • HACCP level 2 – level 3 will be supported by the company
  • Customer complaint investigation / Root cause analysis
  • Good understanding of BRCGS
  • Experience in assisting with internal audits
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Full driving License
Senior Technical Officer Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit CCPs (Critical Control Points), their checks and records Monitor & audit pre-requisite systems and control procedures forming part of the site QMS
  • Assisting in the investigation and conclusion of customer complaints
  • Audit personnel, environment & equipment hygiene standards prior to and during production.
  • Carry out investigative sampling to monitor and investigate out of specification results.
