Senior Technical Designer – Freelance

Contract 250-350 per day London

We are partnering with a leading Design & Build contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to support their growing pipeline of projects. This is a great opportunity for a freelancer who can hit the ground running and bring strong technical expertise to the team.

The Role

• Producing technical drawings and coordinating with M&E and specialist contractors
• Attending site meetings with subcontractors and clients
• Managing surveying, planning applications, and building regulations compliance
• Overseeing multiple live projects at a time (ranging from 3-5m to 20m+)
• Delivering technical solutions across commercial and laboratory projects

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years' experience in a technical design or architectural role
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills (must be confident and independent from day one)
• Proven Design & Build (D&B) experience is essential
• A personable, proactive approach with strong communication skills

The Offer
