An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Team Administrator to join our Community Children's Nursing Team at Croydon Health Services for a secondment period. We offer a truly integrated approach to paediatric nursing across acute and community settings, supporting seamless pathways for children and young people from hospital to home, whether for short-term admissions or long-term health needs.
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to provide high-quality administrative support to our busy and dynamic service. Working closely with the Children's Community Nursing Team Matron, specialist nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including ordering equipment, managing purchase orders and payments, supervising administrative staff, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting data collection and reporting.
