Qualifications

• UK Tax experience relating to customer taxes including tax evasion and tax reporting regimes.
• Experience with FATCA, QI, CRS, CARF reporting.
• Experience in risk management is beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership and line management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical tax issues in business language.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on Customer Tax Avoidance and related risks.
• Manage Customer Tax Reporting obligations and frameworks.
• Support Asset Management Global Minimum Tax programme.
• Lead DAC 6/Mandatory Disclosure Regime responses.
• Assist in mitigating Tax Evasion risk with Financial Crime team.
