The ideal candidate will collaborate with us, become a shareholder, and join the Team to find the best Talent on a Global Scale. Key Responsibilities :
  • Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and talent acquisition needs
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offer negotiations
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data compliance
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends in both HR and talent acquisition, implementing new strategies to enhance our processes
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR roles, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and HR best practices
