Job summary

A leading technology firm near Northampton is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for delivering high-performance RF systems throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong systems engineering background with at least 5 years of experience and must be eligible for UK Security Clearance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams and tackle complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (7+ years preferred).
• Proven expertise in systems engineering across the full development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in system architecture, requirements capture, and verification.
• Ability to lead and contribute to technical delivery and produce high-quality documentation.
• Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a British citizen and/or eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
