Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3rd Line Support and enterprise-level system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support technical environments including MS Hyper-V and Windows Server.
• Design, configure, and deploy Server, Storage, and Networking solutions.
• Provide expert administration and support for Cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-risk technical issues.
