A leading online fashion retailer is seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager to lead its carbon reduction roadmap and drive environmental strategy across its supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of fashion supply chains, hands-on experience with sustainability initiatives, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role emphasizes collaboration and requires a proactive approach to embed sustainability into core business activities. Remote work is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office per week.

As our Senior Sustainability Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission - leading ASOS's carbon reduction roadmap, driving environmental strategy across our global supply chain, and embedding climate resilience into every tier of our operations. You'll own our science-based targets, shape our reporting frameworks, and collaborate with teams across ASOS and our supplier network to deliver real-world impact.
You'll also lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure sustainability is embedded into everyday decision-making, working closely with internal teams to keep environmental goals front and centre. Building strong relationships with suppliers, NGOs, industry bodies, and auditors will be key to driving progress and accountability and enable you to be a champion of culture change.

With a sharp eye on emerging trends and shifting regulations, you know how to embed sustainability into business decisions with clarity, confidence, and impact.
