Qualifications

• Qualified BREEAM assessor, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador preferred.
• Awareness of EU and UK energy and environmental related Directives/Regulations.
• Knowledge of sustainable buildings and design principles.
• Experience in building services design or carbon emissions assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to develop the Sustainability Strategy.
• Conduct BREEAM / WELL pre-assessments and provide design advice.
• Chair meetings to clarify requirements with design teams.
• Prepare project updates and assessment reports.
• Support monitoring of BREEAM targets during construction.
