Job description

I am working with a highly regarded, multi‑disciplinary property consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a hands‑on role managing a large and diverse portfolio on behalf of investors, occupiers and landlords across both the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will take ownership of day‑to‑day property and tenancy management, delivering an excellent service to clients and tenants while contributing to wider team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied portfolio of properties and tenancies.
  • Carry out regular property inspections and produce clear reports.
  • Oversee tenant check‑ins, check‑outs, inventories and documentation.
  • Manage day‑to‑day maintenance and liaise with contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including HMO and Health & Safety.
  • Manage budgets, expenditure and financial reporting.
  • Oversee major works and Section 20 processes where required.
  • Support and manage team members as required.
The Candidate:
  • MRICS qualified or with strong experience in property management.
  • Good working knowledge of property management legislation and compliance.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a client‑facing role.
  • Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused.
