Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across key direct marketing channels such as digital, telemarketing, and face-to-face.
• Strong understanding of regular giving and how to optimise performance.
• Confidence managing budgets and reporting to meet targets.
• Experience collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
• Data-driven approach using insight to shape creative and targeting.
• Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Individual Giving campaigns from start to finish ensuring targets are met.
• Work with teams across Scope to create supporter journeys.
• Develop new fundraising products and ideas.
• Ensure campaigns are on budget, on brand, and compliant.
• Use data to improve campaigns and share results.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
