Job summary

A community support organization in Lisburn is seeking a Senior Support Worker to assist individuals with Autism in developing daily living skills and accessing work and leisure activities. Candidates must have at least six months of relevant experience and hold GCSEs in English and Maths. A full UK driving license is required, and a vehicle will be provided. This role promotes an inclusive and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months experience supporting people with an Autism Spectrum Condition.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above required.
  • NISCC registered or willing to register.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months experience(paid or voluntary)supporting people with an Autism Spectrum Condition, or Learning Difficulties and associated conditions.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.
  • A full UK Driving Licence to be held for a minimum of one year. A car will be provided accordingly.
