Responsibilities

• Lead by example, building positive and professional relationships with the young people we support.
• Empower young people by supporting them with essential life skills like budgeting, cooking, and preparing for education or employment.
• Mentor, guide, and supervise our fantastic team of Support Workers, fostering their growth through supervision and reflective practice.
• Champion quality and compliance, ensuring all records are immaculate and ready for Ofsted scrutiny.
• Act as a safeguarding champion, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young people is always the top priority.
