Senior Support Worker – Wigan Service

Creative Support have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Support Worker to assist the Management Team at our Wigan Service. You will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver the day‑to‑day provision of support for individuals with Mental Health needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you must have a good understanding of Mental Health needs and person‑centred practice, and have a real commitment to your development and to the development of the service. You will be expected to contribute to management team meetings and to partake in development opportunities. You must be able to lead a team by example – demonstrating positive practice and values at all times. We offer a hands‑on management approach for Senior Support staff, and offer a full induction and access to relevant training. We are looking for someone who has strong communication, computer and motivational skills.
