A global private markets investment manager is seeking a structured product lawyer to join their Structuring Solutions team. The role involves managing structured product designs, compliance with regulations, and leading discussions with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of relevant experience and be a qualified lawyer in the UK or US. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience at a top law firm, bank or asset manager.
  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing offering documents.
  • Familiarity with structuring financing options for private credit funds.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of structured product suite.
  • Lead product design discussions with stakeholders.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
