Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-rise and RC framed buildings
• Oversee projects from concept through to construction
• Work hand-in-hand with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers while supporting team growth
• Ensure quality, compliance, and technical excellence across all deliverables
• Play a key role in the strategic development of the London office

What we’re looking for

• Are you a Chartered Engineer (CEng with IStructE or ICE) – or on the path to becoming one?
• Do you bring several years’ post graduate structural engineering experience?
• Have you successfully designed and delivered high-rise and RC framed projects?
• Are you confident with steel and concrete design, alongside structural analysis and BIM software?
• Do you have the communication, leadership, and project management skills to make an impact?
