Job description

An established multi-product retailer based in Surrey are looking for a senior store manager to drive service standards / sales whilst ensuring operations are also efficient. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognised globally by many.

As general manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor. You will conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that targets are being achieved, and the site is commercially successful.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in high footfall environments and managing large team sizes. The ability to influence senior stakeholders is important for this position as well as familiarity with hosting in store events.

The salary is paying up to £45,
