Senior Sous Chef - Hands-On Operational Role

Responsible To: Executive Chef
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our team.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, working side by side with the Head Chef and deputising in their absence to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
As Senior Sous Chef, you'll be actively involved in cooking, leading service, supporting menu development, and motivating the team.
You’ll set the standard in quality, consistency, and food safety, while helping to drive efficiency and excellence in every service.
This includes evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
