A leading UK hospitality group is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef in Newquay. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen brigade and ensuring high standards are maintained. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef with excellent leadership skills to assist the Head Chef in leading our RenMor kitchen brigade. The RenMor kitchen provides exceptional food and our menus change with the seasons, reflecting the best local produce from a small group of trusted suppliers.
This is a full-time permanent position based on a 48-hour working week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
